If you're looking for the best realtor in Central Florida, look no further. Patrick's knowledge of both the real estate process and the local market is second to none. He is patient, thorough, honest, and always provides thoughtful guidance and recommendations. We trusted Patrick completely throughout our home-buying journey and couldn't be more grateful for his hard work and dedication. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Patrick is a Top 1% Realtor in my book. He was very patient and kind, as my wife and I are picky buyers. He made all the paperwork super easy for us. He always responded quickly to our questions and kept us up to date on the latest information when we had submitted offers. He was sending us new listings daily. We were relocating to Orlando around 2009 and there were tons of foreclosures on the market. He probably submitted offers on 50 houses for us. We kept being beat out by cash buyers or offers way over asking from bidding wars. We put an offer on one house and I thought that there would be no way we would get it. To my surprise our offer was accepted! The home appraised for less than the bank was asking and he recommended we counteroffer with the lower appraised amount. We did and the bank accepted the lower price! He truly worked with our best interests in mind and we are still in our wonderful home 16 years later. He even sends us home Anniversary and birthday cards after all these years! Other family members have used him and had great results as well. We would definitely use him again. If you need a realtor, he is our “I Gotta Guy”

Patrick helped me and my husband purchase our first home 7 years ago. He listened to what we were looking for and where we were looking to be and just had a great personality and attitude. He was very responsive and a great communicator. If we decide to sell and move, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Patrick Urbainczyk P.A. Has helped us twice, selling a home and buying a townhome. Both experiences were both very positive and beyond great. Patrick is quick, very honest, caring and very kind. He completely takes the worry out of either selling or buying and amazingly does all the real estate work and paperwork. He is so efficient. Patrick is such a joy to work with, he is like one of the family. We were shocked at how efficient, honest and caring he is. If you are in need of a Real Estate agent do not hesitate to reach out to Patrick. You will definitely not be sorry.

Patrick is hands down one of the best real estate professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning to the closing table, he is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and completely dedicated to his clients. He communicates every step of the process, pays attention to the smallest details, and genuinely cares about making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. His professionalism, integrity, and work ethic are second to none. If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Patrick highly enough. You'll be in great hands from start to finish!

We’ve worked with him both selling and buying. Above asking.
He always exceeded our expectations.
